As an employer, you can index the Mobility Budgets of one or more groups by applying an increase percentage.
This feature allows you to adapt budgets to inflation, a legal obligation, or an internal policy, while applying the same rule to current and future workers.
ℹ️ Important: indexation is always triggered manually by an administrator. It can be applied at any time of the year, and not only in January.
🛠️ How does indexation work?
1️⃣ In the Budgets tab, select the relevant Mobility Budget group(s).
You can apply the indexation to all groups or only to certain groups.
2️⃣ Enter the desired increase percentage.
3️⃣ Confirm the indexation.
The selected percentage is then applied to the group's reference budget, as well as to the Mobility Budgets of the relevant workers.
👥 Impact on current workers
For workers who are already active in the group, the total monthly amount of the Mobility Budget is increased by the same percentage. This includes the fixed budget and the variable component, where applicable.
The annual amount is automatically recalculated.
If the indexation is applied during the year, only the remaining months are affected. Previous months are not recalculated, and expenses that have already been reimbursed remain unchanged.
🆕 Impact on future workers
The group's fixed reference budget, also referred to as TCO, is updated with the indexation percentage.
This new amount will serve as the reference for workers who join the group after the indexation.
📧 Communication to the worker
The relevant workers automatically receive an email informing them of the indexation.
The email specifies the applied percentage, the new monthly and annual amounts, and the fact that no action is required on their part.
