Internet & phone subscription

The Internet & phone subscription service allows you to offer your employees financing of their subscription via the cafeteria plan, in compliance with the legal framework.


📶 Getting in touch with your telecom provider

Before any configuration in RewardFlex, you must:

  • contact your telecom partner

  • define the subscriptions you wish to offer These elements will be used to create the packages in RewardFlex.


➕ Creating the packages

You can create one or several packages in RewardFlex. Each package includes:

  • a provider

  • a package name

  • a fixed monthly price


How does it work?

1️⃣ Go to your Settings tab

2️⃣ Click on Cafeteria plan

3️⃣ Configure your packages


✅ Validation of the employee's request

Once the employee has chosen a subscription in their RewardFlex platform, you can:

  • approve or reject the request

  • adjust the start month if necessary

Once the request is validated:

  • the package becomes active in the approved month

  • the monthly deduction starts

A BIK is added to the payroll export depending on the employee's choice:

  • phone subscription: €4/month

  • phone subscription + mobile data: €9/month

  • internet @home subscription: €5/month


📶 Activation of the subscription

After validating the employee's request, activate the chosen subscription with your provider.
