What happens when I launch my mobility budget live?

✉️ Summary & launch

Before launching the invitations, a summary screen presents all the employees and their configured budgets. Two options are available to you:

  • Launch : The budgets are activated, but the employees do not yet receive an invitation.

  • Launch & send the invitations : The budgets are activated and the employees immediately receive an invitation email to join the platform.

ℹ️ A confirmation is always requested before any sending.


✉️ Managing the invitations

You retain full control over when your employees are notified:

  • At launch : The invitations are sent immediately upon assignment.

  • Later : You can send the invitations individually or in bulk at any time after assignment.

  • Never : You assign employees without sending a notification (useful for internal tests or progressive rollouts).


👥 What your employees will receive


Invitation mail

Each employee automatically receives an email inviting them to create their access to the RewardFlex platform.


Creating access & signing (if applicable)

Upon their first login, the employee will need to:

  • create their account,

  • sign the policy and the addendum linked to their mobility budget via ItsMe.

👉 This step is mandatory before being able to use the platform.


Activation of the mobility budget

Once the documents are signed, the mobility budget is activated. The employee can then:

  • consult their available budget,

  • explore the proposed benefits,

  • make their personalized choices,

  • track and manage their online requests
