✉️ Summary & launch
Before launching the invitations, a summary screen presents all the employees and their configured budgets. Two options are available to you:
Launch : The budgets are activated, but the employees do not yet receive an invitation.
Launch & send the invitations : The budgets are activated and the employees immediately receive an invitation email to join the platform.
ℹ️ A confirmation is always requested before any sending.
👥 What your employees will receive
Invitation by mail
Each employee automatically receives an email inviting them to create their access to the RewardFlex platform.
Creating access & signing (if applicable)
Upon their first login, the employee will need to:
create their account,
sign the policy and the addendum linked to their cafeteria plan via ItsMe.
👉 This step is mandatory before being able to use the platform.
Activation of the cafeteria plan budget
Once the documents are signed, the cafeteria plan budget is activated. The employee can then:
consult their available budget,
explore the proposed benefits,
make their personalized choices,
track and manage their online requests
