What happens when I launch my Mobility Budget Live on RewardFlex? ๐Ÿš€

This article explains the first steps your employees should take once you have completed the setup of your mobility budget.

Once you have completed the setup of your mobility budget in RewardFlex (Step 7), you need to indicate the launch month.

A confirmation message will appear on the screen:

๐Ÿ“ฉ What Your Employees Will Receive

Email Invitation

Each employee will automatically receive an email inviting them to create their access to the RewardFlex platform.


Account Creation & Signature

During their first login, the employee will need to:

  • Create their account

  • Sign the policy and the amendment related to their mobility budget via ItsMe

๐Ÿ‘‰ This step is mandatory before they can use the platform.


Activation of the Mobility Budget

Once the documents are signed, the mobility budget is activated. The employee can then:

  • Check their available budget

  • Explore the offered benefits

  • Make personalized choices

  • Track and manage their requests online
