The Car Upgrade benefit allows you to use your Cafeteria Budget to finance the additional cost related to upgrading your car each month.
This is a recurring monthly deduction from your Cafeteria Budget.
You do not need to advance any money;
you do not receive any reimbursement;
the amount deducted from your budget is used directly to cover the cost of the car upgrade for your employer.
📝 Submitting a request in RewardFlex
The benefit must first be activated by your employer. It then appears in the Car category of your Cafeteria Plan.
1️⃣ Log in to RewardFlex.
2️⃣ Open the Benefits tab.
3️⃣ Select the Car category.
4️⃣ Select Car Upgrade.
5️⃣ Enter the desired monthly amount.
The amount to enter depends on the calculation method defined by your employer.
✅ Approval by your employer
Your request is sent to your employer for approval.
The deduction does not start until your employer has approved your request.
Once the request has been approved:
the monthly deduction starts automatically;
the amount is deducted from your Cafeteria Budget each month;
no additional request is required.
🔄 Modifying or stopping your upgrade
You can request to modify or stop your car upgrade in RewardFlex.
Once the deduction has been stopped:
no additional amount is deducted from your budget;
a new arrangement requires a new request to be submitted;
this new request must once again be approved by your employer.
