Bike leasing with Lease a Bike

The Bike Leasing service allows you to finance a bike through a long-term rental using your Mobility Budget.

The leasing contract is concluded with Lease a Bike, generally for a period of 36 months. The bike remains the property of the leasing company during this period. At the end of the contract, a purchase option may be offered to you.

The bike is ordered directly through Lease a Bike, from a partner dealer. RewardFlex allows you to track the steps of the request and deduct the monthly leasing amount from your budget.

📝 How to request your bike leasing via Lease a Bike?

🛒 Preparing your bike leasing

1️⃣ Log in to RewardFlex and select the Bike Leasing – Lease a Bike service via your Benefits tab.

2️⃣ Click on the button to create your Lease a Bike account:

  • your account is created automatically,

  • you receive an email from Lease a Bike to validate your email address,

  • after validation, you receive your personal user code.

3️⃣ Go to a Lease a Bike partner dealer, with your personal code, and choose:

  • your bike,

  • your accessories (depending on your available budget).

The dealer registers your bike, accessories, and selected maintenance package on the Lease a Bike platform.

✅ Contract creation and validation

📢 Key step – double validation required

Very important: your request must be validated twice:

  1. first on your Lease a Bike platform,

  2. and a second time in RewardFlex.

⚠️ Until both validations have been completed, the process remains blocked.

✅ 1st validation: Lease a Bike platform

1️⃣ Once the contract proposal has been created by the dealer, you receive an email from Lease a Bike.

2️⃣ This email invites you to:

  • log in to the Lease a Bike platform,

  • review the contract proposal,

  • accept the contract.

Without this validation on Lease a Bike, your request cannot be sent to RewardFlex.

✅ 2nd validation: RewardFlex platform (Monizze)

1️⃣ After you accept the contract on Lease a Bike, the contract information is automatically sent to RewardFlex.

2️⃣ Your request then appears in RewardFlex.

3️⃣ You must:

  • open the request,

  • validate the contract a second time in RewardFlex.

This second validation is essential for the request to be sent to your employer.

✅ Final validation by the employer

Once your request has been validated in RewardFlex:

  • your employer carries out a final validation (acceptance or rejection),

  • if accepted, you receive an email with a PIN code,

  • this code is essential for collecting the bike from the dealer.

Finalisation at the dealer

1️⃣ The dealer:

  • completes the billing details,

  • validates the billing,

  • prepares the bike.

2️⃣ You collect your bike from the dealer.

3️⃣ The dealer confirms the bike handover on the Lease a Bike platform.

💰 Contract activation and financing

Once the contract has been accepted by the leasing company:

  • the contract becomes active from the 1st day of the following month,

  • monthly financing starts automatically,

  • the amount is deducted from your budget in RewardFlex.
