Internet & phone subscription (employee)

❓ What is it?

The Internet & Phone subscription service allows you to use your cafeteria budget to finance:

  • a simple phone subscription or one with mobile data,

  • a home internet subscription. All available subscriptions are preconfigured by your employer, with the provider, the package and the fixed monthly price.


🎯 What impact for you?

  • Your cafeteria budget is used to cover the chosen subscription.

  • The generated benefit is added as a BIK (benefit in kind) on your payslip:

  • phone subscription: 4€/month

  • phone subscription + mobile data: 9€/month

  • home internet subscription: 5€/month

  • You only select the start date of the subscription.

  • Once validated, the subscription becomes active and the deductions start automatically.


❓ How to make the request in RewardFlex?

1️⃣ Log in to RewardFlex.

2️⃣ In the Services section, select Internet & Phone subscription.

3️⃣ Choose the desired package:

  • type of subscription (internet, phone or pack)

  • desired start date

    4️⃣ Check the monthly amount and the information displayed. 5️⃣ Confirm your subscription.


✅ Final validation by the employer

1️⃣ After your confirmation, the request is sent to your employer for validation.

2️⃣ The employer can approve or reject the request.

3️⃣ Once validated:

  • the subscription becomes active,

  • the financing via your cafeteria budget starts on the indicated date,

  • the corresponding BIK is applied on your payslip.
