Thanks to the « Extension of collective health insurance » service in RewardFlex, you can use your cafeteria budget to add your loved ones (spouse, children, etc.) to your existing collective health insurance. 👉 This extension lets you offer your family the same coverage as the one you enjoy as an employee.
👉 Everything is managed directly by your employer with the insurer.

You simply select the extension option via RewardFlex.
Your employer handles the steps and the contact with the insurer.
No personal payment or supporting document is required.
The corresponding amount is deducted from your cafeteria budget.
✅ No social security contribution is applied.
⚠️ The amount is taxable (subject to withholding tax).
❓ How to submit a request in RewardFlex?
1️⃣ Log in to my.rewardflex.be
2️⃣ In Services, select Collective health insurance.
3️⃣ Choose the people to add (spouse, children, etc.) and confirm your selection.
4️⃣ Check the total amount corresponding to the extension.
5️⃣ Click on Confirm.
📊 Tracking your request
In the « Expenses » tab, you will see the status of your request:
🔎 Pending → being validated by the employer
✅ Validated → extension forwarded to the insurer
❌ Rejected → you will receive an explanation
✅ After validation
Once the request is validated:
The amount is deducted from your cafeteria budget.
The employer confirms the extension of coverage with the insurer.
