🏥 What is it?
The Collective Health Insurance Extension benefit allows you to add family members, such as your partner or children, to the collective health insurance offered by your employer.
The people added benefit from the same coverage as the one you have as an employee, according to the conditions of the collective insurance.
Your employer handles the necessary steps with the insurer.
The amount corresponding to the extension is deducted from your Cafeteria Budget.
📝 How to request an extension?
1️⃣ Log in to RewardFlex.
2️⃣ Open the Benefits tab.
3️⃣ Select Health Insurance.
4️⃣ Select the people you wish to add to your coverage.
5️⃣ Check the total cost of the extension.
6️⃣ Confirm your request.
✅ After validation
Once your request has been approved:
the amount is deducted from your Cafeteria Budget each month;
your employer confirms the extension of your coverage with the insurer.
