IT equipment with the provider of your choice

🖥️ What is it?

The IT Equipment service allows you to use your Cafeteria Budget to acquire:

  • 💻 a computer;

  • 📱 a smartphone;

  • 📲 a tablet;

  • 🎧 IT accessories.

The device belongs to your employer during the depreciation period, generally 24 to 36 months. At the end of this period, you may be able to buy it back at its residual value.

Your employer handles the order and payment with the provider. The amount of the device is deducted from your Cafeteria Budget.

📌 Applicable conditions

  • You can have a maximum of two active devices per category;

  • IT accessories are not subject to this limit;

  • accessories are limited to 20% of the value of the main device;

  • a flat-rate BIK may be added to your payslip.

📝 How to request IT equipment?


🛒 Preparing your request

1️⃣ Check with your employer for the list of authorised providers.

2️⃣ Choose your device on the provider's website.

3️⃣ Copy the product link.


💻 Submitting your request in RewardFlex

1️⃣ Log in to RewardFlex.

2️⃣ Open the Benefits tab.

3️⃣ Select IT Equipment.

4️⃣ Choose the desired device type.

5️⃣ Click on Purchase request.

6️⃣ Paste the product link in the Vendor link field.

7️⃣ Complete the requested information.

8️⃣ Click on Validate.


📊 Tracking your request

You can track your request in the Expenses section of RewardFlex.

  • 🔎 Pending: your request is being reviewed;

  • ✅ Validated: your request has been approved and the order can be placed;

  • ❌ Rejected: your request has not been approved. An explanation may be added to your request.


📦 Delivery

After your request has been approved by your employer:

  • the amount is deducted from your Cafeteria Budget;

  • your employer orders the device from the provider;

  • the device is delivered to your home or workplace.
