❓ What is it?
Thanks to the « IT equipment » service in RewardFlex, you can use your cafeteria budget to acquire:
💻 a computer
📳 a smartphone
📱 a tablet
🎧 IT accessories 👉 The device belongs to your employer for 24 to 36 months (depreciation period).\ 👉 At the end of this period, you can buy it back at its residual value.
🎯 What impact for you?
You choose your device from a supplier authorised by your employer.
Your employer handles the order and the payment.
The total amount is deducted from your cafeteria budget.
You can have a maximum of 2 active devices per category (except for IT accessories, which are unlimited)
IT accessories are limited to 20% of the value of the main device (computer, phone, tablet)
A lump-sum BIK (benefit in kind) is added to your payslip: Device Depreciation Monthly BIK Smartphone 36 months 3 € Tablet 36 months 3 € Laptop 36 months 6 € IT accessories 24 months 0 €
❓ How to submit a purchase request in RewardFlex?
1️⃣ Check with your employer the list of authorised suppliers.
2️⃣ Choose your device on the supplier's website and copy the link of the product.
3️⃣ Log in to my.rewardflex.be.
4️⃣ Go to Services → IT equipment → select the device
5️⃣ Click on Purchase request.
6️⃣ Paste the product link into "vendor's link" and complete the requested information.
7️⃣ Click on Validate.
📊 Tracking your request
In the « Expenses » tab, you will see the status of your request:
🔎 Pending → being validated by the employer
✅ Validated → approved, the order will be placed
❌ Rejected → you will receive an explanation
📦 Delivery
After validation of your request by your employer:
The amount is deducted from your budget.
Your employer orders the device from the supplier.
The device is delivered to your home or to the office.
