🚲 What is it?
Bike leasing allows you to finance a bike using your Mobility Budget.
The contract is concluded with an external provider, generally for a period of 36 months. The bike remains the property of the leasing company during this period. A purchase option may be offered to you at the end of the contract.
The leasing amount is deducted from your budget each month. The order and payment for the bike are handled by your employer with the provider, outside of RewardFlex.
To benefit from the favourable tax treatment, the bike must be used for at least 10% of the time for commuting between your home and your workplace.
How to request your bike leasing?
🛒 Before submitting your request in RewardFlex
1️⃣ Check with your employer which suppliers or providers are accepted in your plan.
2️⃣ Choose your bike from the relevant supplier.
3️⃣ Request a leasing offer.
📝 Submit your request in RewardFlex
1️⃣ Log in to RewardFlex.
2️⃣ Open the Benefits tab.
3️⃣ Select Bike leasing.
4️⃣ Click on Request.
5️⃣ Add your leasing offer and complete the requested information.
6️⃣ Click on Request.
✅ After validation
Once your request has been validated:
the amount is deducted from your budget each month;
your employer finalises the order with the provider;
the bike is ordered and paid for outside of RewardFlex.
