Thanks to the « Bike leasing » service in RewardFlex, you can finance a leased bike (long-term rental) with your cafeteria budget. 👉 The leasing contract is concluded by your employer with a provider.
👉 The bike remains the property of the leasing company (generally 36 months).
👉 At the end, a purchase option may be offered.
🎯 What impact for you?
You choose your bike from a partner supplier.
You submit the request in RewardFlex.
Your employer manages the order and the payment with the leasing company.
The leasing cost is deducted monthly from your cafeteria budget.
No social security contributions or taxes if the bike is used at least partially for your home-to-work commute.
❓ How to submit a request in RewardFlex?
1️⃣ Check with your employer the list of partner shops or suppliers.
2️⃣ Go to a partner, choose your bike and request a leasing offer.
3️⃣ Log in to my.rewardflex.be.
4️⃣ In Services, select Bike leasing.
5️⃣ Click on Request.
6️⃣ Upload the leasing offer and complete the requested information.
7️⃣ Click on Validate.
📊 Tracking your request
In the « Expenses » tab, you will see the status of your request:
🔎 Pending → being validated by the employer
✅ Validated → approved, the order will be launched
❌ Rejected → you will receive an explanation
✅ After validation
Once your request is approved by your employer in RewardFlex:
The amount is deducted monthly from your budget.
Your employer contacts the leasing company to:
validate the offer
order the bike
proceed with the payment
