🏠 What is it?
You can use your mobility budget to finance your rent or mortgage if:
your home is located within 10 km (as the crow flies) from your workplace, or
you work from home more than 50% of the time
🚀 Submit a reimbursement request
💡 Only one request is needed: it will be reused each month for automatic reimbursement.
1️⃣ Log in to RewardFlex.
2️⃣ Under Services, select Housing.
3️⃣ Select the type of reimbursement and provide:
the straight-line distance between home and workplace
the desired monthly amount
the start and end dates
4️⃣ Upload the supporting documents:
For a mortgage: bank loan contract + residence certificate
For rent: rental contract + residence certificate
5️⃣ Submit your request for approval.
🔍 Verification and approval
1️⃣ Your request will be reviewed by your employer.
2️⃣ The employer can:
✅ approve the request
❌ reject the request
3️⃣ All submitted documents are securely stored in RewardFlex and remain accessible at any time.
📅 Automatic monthly reimbursement
1️⃣ Once approved, the reimbursement becomes automatic each month:
On the 1st of each month, the system creates a validated expense
2️⃣ The reimbursed amount is:
deducted from your mobility budget
paid via your payroll without social contributions or professional withholding tax
