💻 What is it ?
With the "IT Hardware" service in RewardFlex, you can use your cafeteria budget to acquire:
💻 a computer
📳 a smartphone
📱 a tablet
🎧 IT accessories
👉 The device belongs to your employer for 24 to 36 months (depreciation period).
👉 At the end of this period, you can buy it at its residual value.
⚡ What does this means for you ?
You choose your device from a supplier authorized by your employer.
Your employer takes care of the order and payment.
The total amount is deducted from your cafeteria budget.
You can have a maximum of 2 active devices per category (except IT accessories, which are unlimited).
IT accessories are limited to 20% of the value of the main device (computer, phone, or tablet).
A flat-rate benefit in kind (BIK) is added to your payslip:

3️⃣ You will be automatically redirected to the Coolblue webshop dedicated to your company.
👉 Only products authorized by your employer are visible.
🛒 Selecting and creating your order on Coolblue
1️⃣ Select your equipment directly on the Coolblue webshop.
2️⃣ Complete your order on Coolblue.
3️⃣ Once the draft is complete, you will be redirected back to RewardFlex.
⚠️ Important: You have 24 hours to validate your order in RewardFlex.

⚠️ Very important: The order is not yet confirmed after Coolblue.
You must validate it in RewardFlex.
1️⃣ Open your order in RewardFlex.
2️⃣ Check the displayed information:
price
remaining budget
device quotas
3️⃣ Then you can:
✅ confirm the order
❌ or cancel it
👉 Without this validation in RewardFlex, the order will not be sent to Coolblue.
📢 Consequences of your choice
✅ If you confirm:
the amount is deducted from your cafeteria budget
the order status changes to “confirmed”
❌ If you cancel:
no impact on your budget
the Coolblue order is automatically canceled
📦 Processing and delivery of equipment
1️⃣ After your confirmation, RewardFlex confirms the order with Coolblue.
2️⃣ Coolblue processes the order and arranges delivery directly to your address.
