1️⃣ Log in to RewardFlex and select the Bike Leasing – Lease a Bike service.
2️⃣ Click the button to create your Lease a Bike account:
your account is created automatically,
you receive an email from Lease a Bike to verify your email address,
after verification, you receive your personal usage code.

3️⃣ Go to a Lease a Bike partner retailer with your personal code, and choose:
your bike,
your accessories (based on your available budget).
👉 The retailer registers your bike, accessories, and chosen maintenance package on the Lease a Bike platform.
🔄 Contract Creation and Validation
📢 Key Step – Double Validation Required
Important point: your request must be validated twice:
first on the Lease a Bike platform,
and second in RewardFlex.
⚠️ Until both validations are completed, the process remains blocked.
✅ 1ˢᵗ Validation: Lease a Bike Platform
1️⃣ Once the contract proposal is created by the retailer, you receive an email from Lease a Bike.
2️⃣ This email invites you to:
log in to the Lease a Bike platform,
review the contract proposal,
accept the contract.
👉 Without this validation on Lease a Bike, your request cannot be forwarded to RewardFlex.
✅ 2ⁿᵈ Validation: RewardFlex Platform (Monizze)
1️⃣ After your acceptance on Lease a Bike, the contract information is automatically sent to RewardFlex.
2️⃣ Your request then appears in RewardFlex.
3️⃣ You must:
open the request,
validate the contract a second time in RewardFlex.
👉 This second validation is essential for the request to be sent to your employer.
🛂 Final Validation by the Employer
Once your request is validated in RewardFlex:
your employer carries out a final validation (acceptance or refusal),
if accepted, you receive an email with a PIN code,
this code is required to pick up your bike from the retailer.
🛠️ Bike Preparation and Delivery
Finalization at the Retailer
1️⃣ The retailer:
completes the billing information,
validates the billing,
prepares the bike.
2️⃣ You collect your bike from the retailer.
3️⃣ The retailer confirms the bike delivery on the Lease a Bike platform.
📅 Contract Activation and Financing
Once the contract is accepted by the leasing company:
the contract becomes active from the 1st day of the following month,
monthly financing starts automatically,
the amount is deducted from your budget in RewardFlex.
