📈 What is it?
Thanks to the “Warrants” service in RewardFlex, each year you can convert part of your year-end bonus into warrants (short-term resellable stock options).
👉 This mechanism offers a more favorable tax treatment compared to a traditional bonus.
⚡ What impact does it have for you?
No personal payment is required.
No social security contributions (neither personal nor employer).
A single taxation applies at the time of allocation.
The amount converted into warrants allows for a higher net income than a traditional bonus.
You can submit, modify, or confirm your request as long as the conversion period is open.
📝 How to submit a request in RewardFlex
1️⃣ Log in to my.rewardflex.be.
2️⃣ Under Services, select Warrants.
3️⃣ Click Convert wallet amount.
4️⃣ Enter the amount you wish to convert into warrants.
If a minimum amount is set by your employer, it will be applied automatically.
If a platform fee applies, it will be displayed along with an explanation of its impact.
5️⃣ Check the information and confirm your request.
6️⃣ Click Validate.
🔎 Tracking your request
In the Expenses tab, you will see the status:
🔎 Pending → under validation
✅ Approved → your amount is reserved for conversion
❌ Rejected → you will receive an explanation
🛠️ Modify your reservation
As long as the conversion period is not closed:
You can modify your reserved amount.
You cannot go below the minimum set, if applicable.
Each modification triggers a confirmation email.
📅 After the closing date:
It is no longer possible to create or modify a request.
A message will indicate that the period is closed.
✉️ Notifications received
You will receive an automatic email in the following cases:
New reservation created
Reservation modified
Plan cancellation (if initiated by the employer)
Each notification includes:
✔️ the amount
✔️ the date
✔️ the next steps
📦 After approval
Once your request is approved:
The selected amount is reserved for conversion into warrants.
The warrants are allocated to you once the period is closed and processing is completed.
