🚴 What is is ?
With the "Bike Leasing" service in RewardFlex, you can finance a bike through leasing (long-term rental) using your cafeteria budget.
👉 The leasing contract is concluded by your employer with a provider.
👉 The bike remains the property of the leasing company (usually 36 months).
👉 At the end, a purchase option may be offered.
⚡ What does it mean for you ?
You choose your bike from a partner supplier.
You submit the request in RewardFlex.
Your employer manages the order and payment with the leasing company.
The leasing cost is deducted monthly from your cafeteria budget.
No social contributions or taxes if the bike is used at least partially for commuting between home and work.
📝 How to submit a request in RewardFlex ?
1️⃣ Check with your employer for the list of partner stores or suppliers.
2️⃣ Go to a partner, choose your bike, and request a leasing offer.
3️⃣ Log in to my.rewardflex.be.
4️⃣ In Services, select Bike Leasing.
5️⃣ Click Request.
6️⃣ Upload the leasing offer and complete the requested information.
7️⃣ Click Validate.
🔎 Tracking your request
In the "Expenses" tab, you can see the status of your request:
🔎 Pending → awaiting employer approval
✅ Approved → approved, the order will be placed
❌ Rejected → you will receive an explanation
📦 Afetr approval
Once your request is approved by your employer in RewardFlex:
The amount is deducted monthly from your budget.
Your employer contacts the leasing company to:
Validate the offer
Order the bike
Process the payment
